Device & Coverage Policy

How device allowances, public Wi-Fi coverage and installed-network expectations are handled.

Last updated: 2026-09-27

Current operating rules

These sections describe how SkyDibia presently delivers and protects the relevant service or customer relationship.

Selected legal wording pending review

Sections marked Pending legal review identify standard legal or commercial clauses that are still being finalised with qualified Nigerian legal input.

Current operating rule

1. Device allowance

The device allowance shown for the active plan or purchase flow governs that access entitlement. SkyDibia does not rely on one permanent device-limit table for every location or future plan.

A voucher should be kept private. Attempts to exceed the permitted device or session allowance may be rejected by technical controls.

Current operating rule

2. Device changes and resets

Where a plan or service supports a device reset, the current support procedure and any applicable fee or restriction will be confirmed before the reset is processed.

Current operating rule

3. Public Wi-Fi coverage

Coverage is location-specific, not a universal or guaranteed radius. Signal quality can vary with distance, walls and other obstructions, interference, access-point placement and the capability of the customer’s device.

Customers should check the actual signal where they intend to connect before relying on a location for important activity.

Current operating rule

4. Installed networks and equipment

A private home or business network is separate from SkyDibia public Wi-Fi. For installed networks, expected coverage and compatibility depend on the agreed design, site conditions, equipment, cabling, placement and power environment.

Where those factors cannot be confirmed remotely, SkyDibia may require a site assessment before committing to the final scope.

Current operating rule

5. Performance expectations

Coverage does not by itself guarantee a particular internet speed or application performance. Backhaul capacity, congestion, radio conditions, device capability and the external internet service can all affect the user experience.

Pending legal review

6. Standard reset, remedy and coverage clauses

Final public wording for reset charges, replacement-device treatment, coverage remedies and any plan-specific service remedies remains pending operational confirmation and qualified legal review.
