What “pending legal review” means

SkyDibia is publishing the operating rules it currently uses while clearly identifying standard legal or commercial clauses that are still being finalised. A pending label is not used to hide an operational rule; it identifies wording that should not be presented as final legal advice or a universal contractual promise before qualified review.
