A Site Host provides or controls a location that may support SkyDibia equipment and service delivery under agreed access, power, safety and operating responsibilities.
Hosting is a location role. It does not automatically confer technical-operator status, hotspot ownership or territorial exclusivity.
SITE READINESS
A useful host relationship starts with practical control of the site.
SkyDibia needs enough information to determine whether a location can be assessed responsibly before equipment, commercial terms or deployment are discussed.

Authority to offer the location
The host should own, control or have clear permission to make the proposed location available for assessment.

Power and equipment protection
The site must support agreed power arrangements and reasonable physical protection for installed equipment.

Safe and practical access
Assessment, installation and later support may require controlled access at agreed times.

Relevant local demand
Location suitability also depends on who may use the service and whether the surrounding opportunity is credible.
WHAT HOSTING MEANS
A defined location responsibility—not a catch-all partnership.
Commercial terms, working arrangements and any equipment responsibilities are agreed separately after assessment.
Hosting does not automatically provide
- Technical assignment eligibility.
- Ownership of SkyDibia systems or customer relationships.
- Authority to promise coverage, pricing or deployment.
- Guaranteed earnings, deployment or geographic exclusivity.
