What counts as a valid referral
- Real building or host contact
- Usable demand area
- Feasible mounting and secure indoor possibility
- Accurate contact details and clear location notes
What does not count
- Weak, random, or obviously low-fit sites
- Incomplete or unreachable contacts
- Unsafe or infeasible structures
- Leads with no awareness or permission path
