1. Service model
SkyDibia provides prepaid WiFi access via location nodes. Plans activate upon successful login and remain valid for 30 days, subject to the applicable plan rules.
2. Device limits
Plans enforce fixed device limits: Basic 1 device, Standard 2 devices, Premium 4 devices, and Family 6 devices. Attempts to exceed the applicable limit will be rejected.
3. Managed performance
SkyDibia uses performance controls to protect network stability. Actual speeds may vary based on demand and environmental conditions.
4. Capacity protection
Each node enforces a concurrent access limit. During congestion, lower tiers may be temporarily restricted to protect stability.
5. Refunds
Plans are non-refundable once activated. If SkyDibia experiences a continuous internal outage of 24 hours or more, service time extension may be applied.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not resell access, attempt to bypass controls, or engage in unlawful activity. SkyDibia may suspend access for violations.
7. Coverage
Coverage is described as a zone, not a guaranteed radius. Signal strength varies by environment and device capability.
